Plate Rolling - Rockland Manufacturing's Steel Fabrication Service.





	Our rolling machines enable us to roll plate into bucket shells, bucket liners, blade liners, rolled cylinders, and drums. Steel can be fabricated from our own plate inventory or from customer supplied material. Our plate inventory ranges from A36 to HARDOX HiTuf. Click here to see our stock of steel plate.

	Capabilities

	Our Bertsch Plate Roll can roll steel up to 1-5/8" thick by 15' wide into a 30" diameter ring. The Kling Brothers Plate Roll can roll steel up to 1-1/4" thick by 12' wide into a 28" diameter ring. Rolling capability depends on the plate material being used. The length of the plate we are able to roll will depend on the thickness and hardness of the steel plate. 	Delivery

	Depending on the product, Rockland can manufacture and ship your order within 24 hours. When you order from Rockland, ship dates are guaranteed! For every day your order ships late, we'll credit your account for 10% of your order purchase price.
