Our services include:

Plate Rolling
Our rolling machines enable us to roll plate into bucket shells, bucket liners, blade liners, rolled cylinders, drums, and rolled angles. These rolled products can be fabricated from our own steel plate inventory or from customer supplied material.

Plate Forming
Rockland can form all types of steel plate with a 340 ton press brake. We can handle long lengths and heavy thicknesses.

Cutting
We have the capability to save you money! Rockland can create a template of your single pieces, nest them on a whole steel plate and cut the pieces on our plasma table. This process reduces the amount of material waste.

Welding
Rockland can weld formed and cut parts to customer specificiations or weld subassemblies sent to our factory by the customer. We also have the ability to add hardfacing to your equipment, increasing the life of your investment.

Painting
We have the ability to paint anything, any color! We offer shot blasting, prime and finish painting. Customers can specify either HVLP and CARC paint for their project.

Engineering
Rockland is able to provide complete design, engineering, and drafting services. We can provide custom engineering for component parts or complete assemblies.
