Rockland offers steel plate cutting services. We can create a template of your single piece or part, nest them on a whole steel plate and cut the pieces on our plasma table.

The plasma torch table cuts 1/2" steel plate at 65 inches per minute.

Our plasma cutting table produces high quality cuts steel plate quickly, neatly, and with a minimal heat-affected zone - minimizing distortion and warpage. We can cut various thicknesses of steel and can also etch part numbers onto products. Plasma cutting can be performed on any type of conductive metal, such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
